I was planning on dropping my b14 on kyb agx's and H&R springs...but im not sure if that will drop it enough to cover that nasty gap between the tire/rim and the fender.any help?

However, you may have problems with bottoming out or hitting your bump stops. The H&R's are too soft and too low. Really badly designed for these cars ( as all springs are for the b14, with the exception of a few rare springs.. )

You cannot slam a B14. A Nissan has very limited suspension travel and you simply cannot slam it with AGX's. It will not happen with that.
You will ruin the car and hurt the suspension because you want to "slam" the car or have them tucked up on the fenders.
Do not get those H&R springs, get Road Magnet springs. Road Magnet

I like a stiff suspension and I like driving quickly through turns.
To me, those springs are unacceptable for what I would want to do.
Since you typed that you wanted to lower the car ("to cover that nasty gap between the tire/rim and the fender") and not drive quickly through turns or have an aggressive suspension, I guess they would work.
If you read that the H&R springs would work (with anything but Custom Shortened Koni's) then you miss-read the thread. Go back and continue reading it.

Well I don't really do any tight cornering or anything. I mainly just cruise it.every now and then go fast or hit a corner quick like once in a while...my rookie mistake was that I bought cheap obx eBay coilovers..really shitie now that I have em on...then I put on some tokico blues without bump stops and now my right front shock is leaking some black ooze....no I did read it..it says that they will only work well with csk's ..I just thought throwing on agx's would've work too.

roadmagnets. theyre not expensive, you just gotta find them. Just keep an eye out for when a set pops up for sale on here. Night and day difference in handling and I have garbage struts. If you actually get agx's to go with it, it'll feel amazing.
