B14 won't start! Help!
Hi everyone,

Today out of all days, the day before the Nissan meet here in Florida, my car wont start! I drove it last night to go to Taco Bell, and it started fine and drove fine and everything. This morning, it won't start. No crank, no noise, click or anything. So I pushed started it and it turn on.

I go wherever I need to go, and when I come back, I park the car and turn it off. I turn it back on to see if it would, and it turned on. I was happy, so then 15 minutes passed by and I needed to move it and it didn't turn on at all. Same thing is happening, I turn the key and no crank, no click or nothing.

Any idea if its the starter or what?

no manny, the little cap that goes on your clutch pedal broke. thats why when you clutch in and try to start it wont start up because of the clutch switch is not engauging. you can go under the dash and that little switch push it while trying to start the car. if the car turns on then you know its a missing clutch switch cap.

Well, that already happened to me one month ago and I got the problem fixed. But apparently now its another problem. So thats why I'm taking a wild guess, and guessing its the starter. What do you think?

bad starter. if a aftermarket alarm was bad the kill switch wouldnt even let you push start it.

I was just wondering about the factory security because my systems fuse blew and my car wouldn't start. I could still push start my car and it would randomly start sometimes. It would always start if i disconnected the battery to reset the system.

Before you diagnose a starter problem, I would check to see if you are actually getting power to the solenoid when you turn the key to 'start'. It happened to me too.

Last night I tried turning it on because I needed to move it out the drive way for a second, and it turned on. Now it won't turn on today, and I have to push start it.
