I am pretty sure its 2.25 since the last merge collector has a 2.5 tube welded over it but if you look on the inside the choke its smaller then the pipe

I tested EFI Hardware 50mm ITB's but made same power with my Xcessive Plenum setup! So I kept the plenum for simplicity and driveability!!

At least on my 13:1 88mm motor I could not use Standard 5 Heat range plug since the tip of the plug touched the dome of the piston!! 6 or 7 are fine for ALL MOTOR 12.5-13:1 motor!!

I have a electric 2.5 in cutout on my car and it makes same power with it open as with open header no exhaust!!! I have 3in piping to the cutout and an OEM mufler on the back!!

I think the N1 Exessive kit wont work for boosted applications the P11 will be more than fine once ported!! And there its plenty of options as far of injectors for 500whp E85 its not even necessary...

Yes!! Basically you will lose way too much velocity of air with a 4in intake piping in my opinion and definitively cold air > warm air and the ram effect of the intake coming out of the headlight ...
