sr20ve tuning part list
Hello guys,

I need tuning parts for my sr20ve. Here my list:

sr20ve engine
sr20ve n1 camshaft
sr20de crankhaft (needful?)
walbro 255
bigger fuel injectors (sr20det?)
2.5" engineback exhaust (done)
cai (done)
e85 fuel
fidanza flywheel

Is this ok? Any other parts they I need? How many hp can I have with this setup?

Thanks for answer
bye

Don't waste your time with the de crank. Leave the long block alone and throw the n1 cams in, you should be in the upper 190s to 200whp depending on your header and tuning.

Its would be right that ve crankhaft is lighter as the de crankhaft and that they have problems with higher rpm. Its that right? I wont 8000 - 8500 rpm, can I use this with the sr20ve crankhaft?

Lots of guys run the VE 4CWC higher than 8500 RPM with no problems. You'll be fine.

I don't think anyone has really proven the 4wc to be problematic. I ran mine to 9700rpm...

Just don't use lightweight pulleys and you should be fine. I was hearing odd noise as low as 7000 rpm. Once I removed the lightweight pulleys it sounded much better.

Also I rev to 8500 rpm quite often on 4cw crank and N1 cams. Though it does start sounding a little odd at 8300rpm or so.

de crank not needed

i rev to 8800rpm daily

not sure u need the det injectors either but it wouldnt hurt if you are looking to mod the motor more later on

pity u didnt go 3" exhaust though...

what header you plan to use? i assume stock intake for now.

peace
