SR20VE Speedlimiter

Hello guys,

I have a sr20ve with sr20ve ecu and he is and it is locked at 180km/h. Can I remove this lock without a special controller?

Get someone to reprogram your ECU to remove the speedlimiter

Its complicated to run SR20VE ecu in B13. You should just use B13 engine harness + Calum/Nistune/NEMU/etc. ECU. Much much easier and better solution.

if you want to keep the stock ecu or dont have easy access to someone/place that can re-programme the ecu, you can use a Greddy Speed Cut defensor or a Apexi Rev Speed Meter to remove speed cut

but reprogramming the ecu gives other benefits and eliminates the need for extra gadgets in the cabin

Ok geddy speed cut defensor or the apexi rev speed meter is the cheapest way?
