That's so exciting since the h series guys are doing mid 300s on 89x99 motors, just imagine 92x102 will be absolutely rediculous!!!

The Darton sleeves use by mazworks are just as thin as these, they only have a top skirt that mine dont have. I have welded mine before drilling them.


If i understand correctly you do your own machining work .
Did you use a torque plate ?

what crank you will be using for this motor? .. and still, how you will manage to do so without hitting the head ?

It will be a custom crank im sure. Did you not read the rest of the posts. Piston pin height moved up on the piston to take up the extra stroke. I think a 102mm stroke can be done with the proper notching of the block for clearance. That would make that motor a very large 2.6L I believe. With a proper worked head this could put out some serious numbers and times

Yeah, the motor in the picture is a 92mm crnak with 8mm higher pin. So 5mm longer then the std sr20 rods. But he mentioned the next motor is going to be a 102mm stroke!

You use a qr25 crank and 4g63 rods. the qr25 crank is 100mm stroke with a 48mm big end. The 4g63 rod have the same small end as the sr20 but the bigend is only 45mm with a length of 150mm.
One Deck plate with o rings to seal and longer sleaves.

I dont have a complete machine shop but have what I need to help myself.
R/T ratio is 1.47. For a motor reving to 8000rpm I dont see a problem of a day.
The current heat I'g going to use I installe H22 37mm supertech valves, They are longer than our sr20ve units BUT the stem is only 5.5mm and ours are 6mm. If you use the h22 design for the stem and the sr20ve of the shim,

So Ye I think this would be something to work with!!!

You are the pimp of the year! Please keep us posted on this absolute monster. A lot of time and calcs into it but I'm sure it will be worth it. All I have to say is wow, you must have some money on hand. Good luck man
