11,5 - 12,0:1 compression SR20VE, what pistons?
If you have a stock SR20VE with N1 spec cams, what pistons do you need to use in order to raise the compression to ~ 11,5 / 12.0 ?

And will this still run on pump gas?

Get SR16VE N1 Pistons and have a machinest remove 1mm off the top.

SR16VE N1 pistons are about 12.5 to 1 from factory.

You can also buy the correct compression in forged pistons from CP for about $500-$550.

CP only has 12.5:1. But it would harm to get CP pistons shaved off 1mm from the top?

I would just get the forged 12.5 to 1 CP pistons and leave them alone. They can take more puishment than the cast N1 pisotns and should have no problems on 93 octane fuel.

And they wont be interfering with the N1's? I got Franklin cams specced N1 btw.
So that means it would be plug n play.

I always fill up with BP Ultimate RON98.

All these CP pistons are made with deeper valve notches so your good.
