Yes I used a Honda b series tri-y header to make it. I just picked up a b14 and will be swapping all the na parts into it so I'll have more na posts in the near future.
Well went to the Dyno today. Car did very well. 202whp 160ftlbs.

I would first worry about those compression numbers before thinking about cams, they are way low
don't the mustang dyno's read low? pretty good effort.
just go n1's,save a few dollars over the 184c's, and spend the change on a custom intake manifold to work with your bigger throttle body.

I think most people have better luck with a 2.25 choke, in your case I'd choke it down to 2.25 then put a reverse cone on it bring it up to 3" you should have more room than a standard car to pull ...
