I have been looking an trying to find a u13 maf but cant i have found a u13 afm but can i use it on my 1995 200sx se-r with the u13 ecu? i know i cant use my stock maf with the u13 ecu.

no. u13 is obd1 your b14 is obd2

k well i know the u13 is obd1 and my b14 is a obd2. my u13 motor didnt come with a maf/afm so i dont know if i should use a afm z32 jdm or a maf z32 usdm.

some people say you can still use your stock maf on the u13 ecu and some say you cant cause it wont work.

Cant use a z32 also your ecu needs to be programed for it both on a b13 and b14 . Ive ran a u13 maf 54c01 on a b13 ecu and it did not run properly . So it would be the same on b14 ecu . The plug is the only difference between b14 and b13 maf . U13 maf has the same plug as a b14 but you will still need a flash or program. This is the same as running det ecu on a b14/b13 maf. If this all makes sense ? Good luck finding a u13 maf or w10/11 it took me awhile . Just contac JKtuning he's cheap and fast to program your ecu to run a z32 maf . Or step down harness to run obd1 . Or swap the whole b13 /u13 harness

yea you can use the u13 engine on the b14 but your whole engine management needs to get redone. your not going to be able to run the u13 ecu on it so whatever maf doesnt matter and you cant run a z32 on it without having a tuned ecu to match it with.
here are your options.
1.) ditch the u13 ecu and find a tuned b14 ecu like nistune, calum, nemu, jwt. then you can run what ever maf you want.

2.) make or buy a stepdown harness that will allow you to bolt the u13 ecu onto the b14 harness.

3.) get rid of the b14 and get a b13 se-r/nx and then find the appropriate u13 maf and use it all on that platform.

i follow you both. i also have a tuner here but i would have to order nistune for the u13 ecu and then have him change the maf? i also have a jumper harness obd2 harness to obd1 ecu. i have a stock b14 ecu but when i go to nistune it doesnt have it only for b13 sentra and the only b14 it has is a nx2000 idk think you can use that on a b14 200sx

well you didnt state that you already had a obd2 to obd1 jumper harness. in that case all you need to do is find the appropriate u13 maf and your done. nothing else would be needed.

will a gtir maf work i found one for sell and part number is MAF 22680-54C00 and its the same as the u13 maf part number..?
