I wasn't very impressed with my corded DeWalt impact - granted I don't have the model number handy to verify which one it is.

Now, I have been very happy with my cordless DeWalt impact. It is great for lugnuts, etc while at the track and even around the house.

Either way, I've been generally happy with DeWalts.

The 290 and 292 models work great.

Is there a cordless impact that has more power than that.

Also what price can you get for the DW292K.

I do not want a refurbished unit. I want one that is new. I have seen low priced refubished ones in the $120s.
