Arizona Nissan meet

It's been over a year since our last meet, it's time for another one. I'm voting for a meet at Firebird Raceway on November 7th 2008. So we can run our cars at the Friday night drags. The bad thing is that it would'nt be free. It's $10 to get in and be a spectator and $20 to race. They are open from 6pm to midnight. Anything faster than 14.00 and the driver must where a snell aproved helmet.

Or we could meet at the same spot as last time in tempe by the river. Or we could chose an entirely new place and time.

Would a motorcycle helmet work?
In Tucson it's a helmet if you run 12.99 or below.

It has to have a snell rating on it and must be 2005 or newer I think. But call firebird and make sure.

i wanna go, how bout speedworld, its much less busy than firebird and alot more chill over there. I wann hit this meet up. The vvl will be in by next weekend and hopefully we will get the stuff so i can finish up my buddies 2.2L ve/de hybrid build and im sure he might want to make it also, i know we will want to go there to dyno tune both his and mine to see what we are making. My n1 cams should be in also by then. So we will see. I dont know if i wanna run my car yet but we will see.

im down for a meet anytime. haha you az guys dont have meets as often as we did in cali and i hate it.

if you guys still have the meet at firebird, you'll see me and my bro racing our G20's together. he's got a '96 p10 and i got a '99 p11. all that he has is a short ram. i've got a cold air intake, SSAC headers, racing muffler and the '91 highport cam

i say we meet somewhere for pics then hit up firebird or speedworld

my vote goes to firebird.

last time i went i stopped running because my clutch was getting too hott, i actually got about 15 runs in, which i couldnt believe....but if u guys can chill till they close. then u get a lot in towards the end of the night

Ok so we got one guy that does'nt want to meet at firebird so far. If any one has an opinion on where to meet other than firebird and can have everyone out vote firebird speak up now! Also remember we can hold more than one meet per year lol. I just dont want to be the one to suggest it everytime. ha.
