what short antenna options are there instead of the factory mast antenna?

Theres quite a lot actually, you can get the short about 1 foot in length, or go with the power antennaes. There's a few of them sold on ebay or your local auto store.

I would just go with a single mast and keep the rubber gromet around it.

Or you could just cut it like some people do. I prefer not to, as it shortens the receptable range.

I just got mine removed when i got the car painted I never use the radio I always have my ipod contected. But other than doing that all ive seen is shorty antenas on b14's.

Ebay sells short ones for cheap. <$20 including shipping.

I was gonna say the same thing. I got one of the little ones from ebay at it works just as good as the original does.

Do a search on eBay for "stubby antenna"...there are many to choose from. I got mine on there. Much better than the unsightly factory mast antenna. Reception was no compromised at all.

the stubby ones dosent work for ****.... piss poor reception...


i cut mine in half and it works just a great....
