Thread: from 1.6 to turbo..

i'm about to swap in an sr20de into my 4 door b13, however there's a few things i'm still lost on and searching having really answered. now i can i can get a regular sr20de and piece together a turbo kit, but that would be a bit more expensive, now i've seen a lo of guys put pulsar and gtir motors in their sentras since they come stock turbo. now i keep hearing that gtir motors arent reliable and that the pulsar motor is the better way to go ?

is there any physical way to tell the difference between the motors when looking at them ? and which is easier to get parts for ?

Pretty much everything you need to know right there. Give it a good once over (especially the Turbo/Forced Induction section...obviously) and you should be able to find all the info that you need. Once that's done, THEN see what questions you have.
