Fixing the little things: Speedometer/Odometer not working.

91 Sentra SE-R: speedometer and odometer are not working, its been like this since I bought the car a few months ago.

Tach and other gauges work fine, is this an easy fix?

check the cable connection on the trans and back of the speedo cluster

91/2 have a cable. They switched to electrical in 93.
