Thread: help needed ordering entire 5th gear.

Its probably not the correct place to be asking this but I figured since it was for b13 id ask here....I need help ordering a 5th gear replacement and where I can get one..don't know exactly what I'm looking for just need to be pointed in the correct direction..any help it much appreciated.

You can get the popout kit from nissan. I put it in my tranny and it is amazing! % goes in soo nicely and is super hard to pull out. The kit contains all new 5th gear syncro ring, shift fork, pins and hardware.. prolly leaving something out but I kinda forgot haha. Its a nice kit though and a nice feeling knowing I will never have 5th gear popout again.

I'm actually looking for the 5th gear its self...or does the popout kit include everything?...maybe Gspec performance carries the 5th gear?maybe?

Gspec carries the 5th gear itself, and offers a kit similar to Courtesy's. You can get the 5th gear itself from just about anywhere that sells OEM Nissan parts.
