I guess you disabled the self destruct on the wheels for when they get mounted on anything non Nissan. (joke)

The spec Miata people have a lot of fun out there from what I hear. If I didn't have my track b13 plans already in place, I'd probably go with a Spec Miata or a Honda.

I'm wondering if SSM is succeeding in keeping people honest and lowering costs.

no one is running SSM in our region so I can't speak to that. (all of us are just SM)

We have a project caged b13 in the works but it doesn't look like it will be ready in time for spring at the slow rate we are going

nope, it sure wouldn't and besides, it has been done before (it was a green miata with an sr20det RWD FWIW done up several years ago in California somewhere IIRC)

Every time I drive my Miata I think about how much fun it would be to turn it into a weekend track toy. If I wasn't so attached to my B13... it would be. The Miata is such the better sports car IMHO. It's a true sports car in every sense of the term.
