Ttop care
My tops are perfectly fine. As far as I know they don't leak and the outer seals look perfect. The thing is, I'd like to keep them that way.

So what chemicals, waxes, etc. do you use to take care of the seals? Just regular vinyl protector or what exactly?

The seals are rubber if i remember right. Alot of the guys in the snowmobile/atv/dirtbike world spray some WD40 on rubber pieces to stop it from cracking. Alot of people use a silicone spray in houses to prevent rubber from cracking.

Some go with 303 vinyl Protectant but others say it can run and ruin paint.

So wd40 would keep the outer seals from cracking then? Because the 303 is an SPF 40 to prevent that.

Oh ok got it. I'm sure it'd help for when I store the car though.

Great(kind of long) read...
AutoEducation.com - Learn how to clean and protect your tires and wheels.

Short answer to best product, as far as that article are...

1) One Grand Exterior Rubber & Vinyl Dressing
2) 3M Rubber Treatment & Tire Dressing
(co-favorites of the author)

So has anyone had any kind of experience with either of the two above mentioned products?
Or any other recommendations?

Thanks
