I suppose you can get a decent egg for $750, but all of them will have signs of aging like the mentioned things above.

Will it be your DD and you need to drive it or do you want to put time and effort in it first?

I would recommend getting a rust free one, SR20's can have a long life when it get's fresh oil often enough, if the engine suffers sludge chances are it will need rod bearings, which can be replaced easy with the engine in the car and if it needs a new chain or it has other bearing issue, then the engine will have to come out. For this reason I have 2 cars now, because then I can at the end of the day say, I'll try to finish this tomorrow.

For T-tops you would like those in good shape, but you also can consider this a part you can replace, it depends on how easy you can get second hand parts so it is a cost/ effort thing and always try to get the best chassis or weld it back up.

If it has rust at the A pillars best avoid it, even good welders say at some point, I won't repair this, it is not possible to restore the strength there and with an accident the car folds there which probably kills the driver and passenger

Yeah yeah, everyone but the US gets all of the better cars, and has the ones we have in production longer. You didn't have to remind us of this, lol. Lucky you.

Actually, you got the better motor in the NX1600. We only got a SPI carburetted 1.6 with 92 PS (roughly) in the 1991-1992 model years, and a MPI 1.6 with 102 PS (rougly) for the other years.

You got that "special" motor with 115 (more or less) PS :P.

Also, Aircon was a common option in the US, you had cupholders, cruise control, etc etc.

Though we had better headlights. But that's about it.

And the digidash wasn't marketed in EUDM

I thought headlights would be the same, only that the parking light is in a seperate part of the headlight while here it just illuminates the whole headlight with a 5W bulb.

-Some NX's had optional light wipers in some places.
-Some also had the super rare projector Fogs.
-And some had the cool oem kit that only Europe I think got.
-Also dont forget the weird color interior on the saphire blue NX's
-93's have the seats that are softer and more durable. 92's and below seats feel better and are better less slippery material. B13's are like this also.
-In 93 they went to a non leather wrapped steering wheel which sucks also.

93 is the best year only because of the electric speedo and body colored panels. The rest is the same or a trade off for something that wont wear out as quick but isnt as nice.

I found a 93, the car is red but the trunk/hatch is black. They didn't come in two different colors? I'm I safe to assume this was replaced and or involved in a wreck?
