Thread: New Member...need advice

Hey guys, Im thinking about buying a nissan Bluebird with a KA24DE in it. The owner says the distributor is faulty so it wont start. Ive got a sr20 distributor lying around that i know works and was wondering if it would fit into the ka24?? Ive been searching for a while and cant find an answer to my question.

Oh and i live about 4 hours away from the guy thats why i wanted to know before i go, so i dont waste a whole day driving there for nothing

No... the distributors are not interchangeable between the SR20 & KA24.
