Thread: Travel plans for Ohio

Just wanted to get a discussion going on getting to Ohio and what plans some of us may have.

I plan on leaving Thursday morning at 10am and getting to the hotle around 3-4pm.

Its about a 5 hour drive plus you lose an hour from the time difference

I'm referring all inquiries about the Madison caravan to Big Ben. My schedule is open to whatever the group decides to do.

I'm considering driving north to Fort Wayne and meeting you guys for the last couple hours of the drive..

Louie, I'll talk to Julio so we can meet up with you and leave from Chicago.

I expect most mid-west guys to be coming out since I pushed so hard to have this convention in reasonable driving distance from us.

I doubt future conventions will be this close again.

I think the plan is to leave Madison no later than noon on Thursday. This way we should avoid the rush hour Chicago traffic. Honestly I would like to leave by 10, but if noon is better than that will work.

This needs to start getting planned out now so we get a sick caravan. I want to be able to take pics with my dslr and ride in a huge group. Location of meeting spots would be good, too.
