Thread: VA, MD, NC meet. Aug 24th in Richmond VA.

We have secured a location for the VA, MD, NC meet. It will be on the 24th of Aug, in Richmond VA.

Location: Hadads Water Park, 7900 Osborne Turnpike Richmond, VA 23231 (804) 795-2659

Date: Aug 24, 2013

Time: Minimonster and I will be setting up the Gazebo around 9:0am. Be here as close to 10am as possible To ensure that we all can be parked together. You can arrive as early as 9:30

Admission: $14 Per person. If we can confirm more than 26 people, the attendance is $12 per person. We wanted a spot within the city that could accommodate all of us, but that was hard to come by. I spoke with Hadads and they are more than welcome to host.

What to bring: Cash, your whip, some swimming trunks, and beer. Hadads has a BYOB policy!!!

Other events taking place at Hadads: Another organization will be hosting a Crab Feast on the same day. They have a separate price to partake in the seafood. Please inquire at Hadads website for more info.
