Bumping this up because I got a Bukkakie yesterday from my AC line B13 GA16 hose for B13 cars right.

Bump this back up
The B13 or B14 highpressure A/C line better for turbo? I read this whole thread, but there still seems to be some doubt. I plan on ordering from the dealer, but I don't want to order it and have to hack up a brand new line.

High pressure shouldn't matter since it's out of the way. Low pressure is what gets in the turbo's way.

Also I would go with a B14 one if it fits, since it would have been designed for R134 pressures since day one.

Are you talking about the smaller line on the compressor, the one that goes to the condenser, not the one that goes to the firewall, correct? I just got a new one that came off a Ga, I'll take pics and try to get a vin/part number next time I'm at the PNP.

Ok, I'll go with the 1.6L B14 HP line for for sure, but now what about the LP line? What is the best fix for that? I might get something custom made. I'm hardcore about having A/C in all my cars.

1.6 low pressure line should work fine, they are angled differently .

So it looks like I need to go all 1.6L B14 HP/LP for both A/C lines. Now if we could only get picks of the following below to update the first post.

1.6L B13 91-93 HP/LP lines
1.6L B13/B14 93.5-99 HP/LP lines (200sx 1.6L lines different?) I know that is the odd ball year.
2.0L B13 91-93 HP/LP lines
2.0L B13/B14 93.5-99 HP/LP lines (200sx SE-R 98 lines different?) I know that is the odd ball year.

Just to clarify, I am using a B14 GA line on the suction(low) side of the system, and am using what I think is a stock B14 SR high side line. I just aquired a compressor from the PNP and now I am going to be putting it in, while I was there I got the high pressure hose because it looked diffrent, possibly better to clear the 02 housing, than the B14 SR line that I had to bend to get it to clear my o2 housing.
Supposidly you can use the B13 SR NX 93 line and it goes strait up from the compressor, doesn't jog back towards the frame rail under the alternator, then back to the firewall, like the B14 GA line.
