GTiR idle gremlins
I cannot for the life of me get my gtir sr to idle correctly. Or even close.
Background: b15 chassis, rebuilt/built gtir sr on with a base tune on vipec (Tuner wont do high boost tuning until it idles correctly). MAP sensor. 264* tomei cams

Things I have addressed (Intake manifold has been off 3 times, and I just ordered a new one thats in the mail right now)
I found a list that was something along the lines of "16 issues that'll make a gtir idle high"
1:Idle air screw is adjusted all the way in
2/3: AAC (aka iacv) valve taken apart and cleaned. Bench tested too.
4: Idle air regulator replaced from one from a b14 sr20de
5: Worn throttles/butterflies not shutting all the way. I have adjusted them as closed as I can get them, and use a flashlight with the intake manifold off too see if I can see much/any light penetrating. Little light penetrates after I adjusted the throttle stops out a bit.
6: Vacuum ports (Used to balance throttle bodies) - New caps installed
7: Ignition too far advanced at idle - I havent touched my ignition timing, but it was set by my tuner. Vipec reads ~15-17 though at idle... Should I try to to adjust it closer to 20?
8: throttle body stops adjusted incorrectly (addressed, see #5)
9: Accelerator pedal/cable not adjusted properly (Checked. My throttle bodies are closing all the way)
10: TPS fault or maladjusted. I believe its fine. One time that I took off my intake manifold I didnt have a proper ground on the manifold, and My ecu threw a code for low voltage, I regrounded it, cleared the code, and it didnt come back.
11: BOV leaking - this is a possibility. only place I saw smoke coming from during smoke test (minute amount) I have blocked off the port to test if this was an issue.
12: Vacuum leak from hose - replaced all hoses on pcv manifold setup with smaller diameter hoses, very tight, smoke test also didnt show any leaks from hoses.
13: gasket leaking - covered my gaskets in copper spray gasket sealant. (Smoke test showed a leak at one point, but copper gasket spray fixed it)
14: Fuel pressure is regulated at 50 PSI from the tank

I have even blocked off my brake booster to see if my diaphram was bad.
smoke tests done multiple times
PCV valve isnt stuck.

Any help would be much appreciated. I cant get it to idle less then 12/1300

? Is it an idle when cold or all the time issue ?

? Is this idle smooth, lumpy, hit-n-miss ?

If you don't have it, here is a link to the RNN14 SR20DET 54C FSM. Look under EM (Engine Mechanical) for all of your specs.

sounds like you werent very thorough with a few things like tps timing and you adjusted throttle bodys but didnt balance them?, also hows your engine timing, any chance it could have skipped?

also what kind of idle is the problem like lam park said...lopey... really high idle... stall out?
