Group buy sounds good. I have probably two people around me interested plus we can definately get more people from US and UK! Ive emailed them last week and they said that cheaper price is possible with bigger order.

I concur. I absolutely love the way my B13 felt (and will soon again, FEEL!) with the Quaife. I was fortunate enough to get in on the original group buy, iirc there were 12 or 13 of us.

It's great to see the community progressing!

depends on what you plan to use it for, but i'd imagine a friction based lsd needs more "attention" than a mechanical one

Hard core road racers don't like the Quaife style helical diffs, because as stated one wheel in the air make it an open diff. If you are street driving and only on track a couple times a year, and then for fun and not racing, a Quaife is an excellent choice.

I have one in the Panda and love it compared to the worn out VLSD it replaced.

I cannot make a comment regarding the Cusco diff because I have never driven on one
