Super High idle at cold startup...sometimes?
Weird...It has been cold her like 30-40 at nights(cold for FL)
I went out and start the VE up.IT starts right up as always, but goes to like 3000 rpm and stays there .Almost like the throttle cable is stuck,I try to blip the gas pedal,it revs and returns to 3k.
I go out pop the hood try to manually work the throttle,to see if the cable is binding,or the TB is sticking.Everything seems ok.
As I am standing there thinking WTF and scratching my head,I start to go shut off the car and before I get to,the idle comes down to like 12-1400 like a normal startup idle while the car is still cold. Then it warmed up normally and settled in at like 900 rpm.Since I have owned this car?engine,it has had and still has a rock solid, unwavering idle.Better than any sr20 I have ever owned.

I took the car for a drive and it was running fine.I ran all over the place shutting the car off and restarting it quite a few times.Total of like 30 miles of driving.
Parked it,and when I started it in the morning it was normal.
The very next day,it was pretty cold out and I went to start the car to move it ,and HELLO...3000 idle on startup
After a few more minutes of panic filled hood poppin and investigating,it seemed to idle down to normal again.

Its crazy,I live out in the forest in a quiet neighborhood,so starting the VE up at like 6am is loud as fawk...Now hold the revs at 3000rpm with my 3" to dual 2.5" side exit,no cat,no res exhaust, and you have one hell of a neighborhood-wide alarm clock!!

HELP
