Np.. Other than all the other info, it's pretty easy. Getting the nut off of the actually EGR can get tricky. but you do need to unscrew that 1st and and last when you put it back on. With the tube going to the header.. that might need some PB Blast to loosen up. But that pretty much clears it up.

Does anyone know the bolt size of the egr tube that goes into the actual valve?
And does anyone know how many vaccum lines there are on the EGR valve?

Why not just disconnect it entirely? Plug your header or manifold and your done. I know when your at WOT, the EGR is deactivated anyway, so why not? I have had mine disconnected since I installed my header.(1YR.) I have had no SES lights on either, which is strange. I still left in the EGR unit, just removed the exhaust tube.
