Thread: how to remove axle from 99 g20

hey guys im trying to swap out my motor from my 99 g20 but for some reason i cant figure out how to remove the axle. i got the axle bolt out, took out the caliper, and loosened the 3 blots that are in the middle of the axle on the passenger side but still no luck .. someone please help

you would have to take out the half axle from the passenger side. Takes a lot of tugging and pulling and being careful of not trying to rip the boots. The driver's side was the pain in my part when I did my motor swap

not even! after 2 hours i figured it out .. you have to loose the upper control arm bolt and then the bottom bolt on the strut. after that the job becomes 10x easier. but thanks for the help.
