For electronic boost controllers, I like them built into my ECU.

For manual boost controllers, I really like the ~$20 eBay units @Vadim posted about: http://www.sr20-forum.com/turbo/35182-come-get-your-mbcs.html

Yes, NEMU/Nismotronic can control boost. And as expected, it does it with a solenoid.

@canx2k yes Nemu can control boost via electronic boost controller, @JKTUNING sells them for about $60. I got two of them just too lazy to install them and wire them in.

sure does and it will work better than other boost controllers because you will get a duty cycle table which means your boost will be constant and not fluctuate like regular boost controllers. Does need to be set up on a dyno though.

The most simple user friendly one right now is the GReddy Profec for electronic boost controllers.

I'm normally a old school Greddy profec b spec1 type of guy, but I'm gonna let my Nemu do it for this time around

Wish I had the faith you guys have, I would let my AEM control the boost but I'd rather have something dedicated do the job all the time.

I have old skool Profec Bs in two different vehicles - never had issues. May switch things up in the future w/a Nismotronic or NEMU once I research everything...

I wonder if anyone has tried the GM solenoid yet with the nemu?

I eliminated all other devices and let the aem control everything(boost,vvl,water/meth). I was hesitant at first as well but BenFenner and my tuner talked me into it. Have had zero issues in the two years I have been running things this way.
