OK, you have more wires there than I do, but I have a '91 and you have a '93, so apparently there are some differences. I couldn't find a good FSM for the '93, so I pulled up a '94 from here:

Section EL, Page 103, shows the reverse and neutral connections we mentioned earlier. There is another connector labeled E115 which is only for Automatics. The one that might be relevant is labeled E151, this is listed as the Vehicle Speed Sensor. Does your instrument cluster show your speed when you are driving? This cable is in the back of the engine and may not even be visible from above, it looks like the cable stops somewhere near the starter. Section EC, Page 274, shows this cable though as having Red/Green wires, so I really don't think that one is it.
I couldn't find a mention of the wire colors for the neutral switch, I still think that's what's unplugged, but would really need to see a picture to know where exactly these wires are coming from.
