noob at the track
Well yesterday was my second time at the track, First time since i been turbo. My best was 13.9 @ 104. My other runs were 14 flat @ 102-103. My 60 foot times killed me, i think the best one was 2.4. To make things worse i broke the throttle cable too. I think with better launching i can probaly see mid 13s. Not bad for 5 psi right?

^I'd like to know as well.

Definately need to get some better tires for that thing. That car with slicks should be in the low 13's with good driving.

haha yea your damn right. I went to the track with a t-25 on 7psi with a boost leak and it ran a 14.2@100. I later dynoed and found that with the boost leak it was making 167whp. Fixed it and made 230whp. 14.2 isn't bad for that amount of hp. I got almost the Same 60ft times as you, you cant do much better than 2.2 with crappy street tires.

Fix all leaks and running issues and you will be in the 13's for sure especially if you get a set of slicks.

Ok well your gauge could be off to who knows.. check for leaks. My t25 tmic on 7psi trapped that same speed way back in the day. I would think a t28 at 7 should be quicker assuming your in a b13

Also if your new to drag. A few things to know. Every tenth you shave in the 60ft, will take 2 tenths off your quarter. So if your running 13.9@104, w 2.4 then get some slicks or a good launch you will run low 13s with the same power level. Play with tire pressure slipping the clutch and prelaoding, get those times down.
