Low 14s high 13s on a N/A De.
I am going for this as a goal.

Plans
Jdm 10.1 De
SSAC header 2.5
Full 2.5 inch exhaust with test pipe
S4-S5 cams. Not sure yet
BC valve springs and retainers
255lph fuel pump with nismo fpr and z32 filter
Underdrive pulleys
No Ac system at all
Full gut on a 91 non sunroof model se-r
9 pound flywheel with a b15 disc and exedy Oem pressure plate
Jim wolf pop charger with straight aluminum intake
Rom tune done by martin(should be able to make the maximum power on my motor)
Ground control coilovers on AGX
Prothane solid motor mounts.
26/10.5-15LT M&H racemaster cheater slicks

I have everything to do this and am getting the motor from Miko this week.
All I will have to buy to make this happen is cams, springs and retainers with the tune.

Do you think this is a realistic goal? I have been told by several people that my car on my old motor could easily of made a high 14 second pass.

So you are saying low 14s for sure and 13s a possibility?

13s is a very high possibility with those mods and tires. When you say gutted interior, you mean front seat and nothing else? Or front seat + dash and nothing else? Or front seat + dash + carpet and plastic interior panels? What do you mean by "gut"?

Good! I know its going to have to be 100% on me to make that 60 ft perfect as well. Although I am not building my car for drag I think it would be awesome to make a 13 second pass in a na De.

14s is a definate from the supporting mods i think u should be around 165-175whp, light weight good launch and tires you should definatly pull some very low 14 times. possibly faster

I dont see the big difference between your setup and mostly everyone elses setup besides slicks, and being gutted. Like Benfenner said, it depends on your definition of "gutted". I would use sr16 pistons, and a better header then the ebay special.

First off yes, it should run in the 13's once you get used to everything. My car ran 8.8 in the 1/8th mile with a stock motor, which would be in the 13's 1/4.

Second, those tires are WAY too big. You need a 22" slick or a 225 radial tire.

Thanks for the info on the tires AaroNx. And by gut I mean keep dash, seats door panels and carpet in the front. All sound deadining will be removed as well as all the rear interior. I am removing the rear speaker deck and all extra metal back there. I have a daily driver and resale on these cars isn't the greatest so I am not worried about taking all the stuff out of it. As long as it stays clean on the outside haha.

So gutted from the B-pillar back? Cool. Maybe cut the head liner in half? =]
