dang sorry to hear this storm88000. i did a very basic transaction with you for a keyfob and i got nothing but good to say. the price was wicked cheap, the item was better than described and you communicated way more than i usually get outta folks. i would definitely do business again and hope this all gets settled cause you were one of my best transactions bro.

Didn't the seller offer a refund? What's the big deal? Was there structural damage to the header? Packing job was not good, but was shipping included in purchase price? I skimmed over the thread but there was too much BS and not enough facts.

Hopefully you ladies work this out.

Maybe I didnt see from the pictures the OP posted, but what is different as far as damage from the original picture he received from Jordan?

I See the little dents in the top and the welded on pieces on the bottom in the pictures Jordan said he sent the OP. Nothing is different from what I can see? OP did you in fact received those pictures? Because if you didnt look hard enough at them, he showed you what you were getting. Thats how I see it at least. Maybe i'm not seeing the added damage from shipping?

If thats the case, sounds like you all need to do a refund and OP needs to eat the shipping if he in fact received those pictures prior to getting the item. I bought a brand new downpipe from VRS and they welded the flex on crooked. It was as obvious as daylight, i sent it back, they told me it lined up on the jig but "based on my pictures I took of where it was touching the cross member they were able to fix it"......sure i was pissed cuz they wouldnt fess up to being drunk or something when they welded it the first time and never paid me back for the return shipping. I had to eat it

A member should be celebrated for bringing legitimate issues to everyone's attention. So far his complaints have been legitimate, including his complaints with you. You are doing yourself no favors with your ad hominem attacks.

i paid a grand total of $478.25 including shipping and paypal fees, you do the math and tell me if its logical for me to do what you are implying... if you know your math then you would clearly see that im losing a lot of money..

Thanks. The dumbest thing I ever heard was the expectation that a 4 year old exhaust manifold would show up in the condition that the buyer had in his head, without asking questions beforehand. And this is not the first time OP has had an experience like this.

That said, this is my last comment on the matter. I truly do hope the two can come to a reasonable compromise.

Did you see the other thread? This is not the first time OP did this crap. I think $350 for a $700 header before UPS threw it all over the place was a fair price. It's unfortunate UPS sucks sometimes and if you see the condition of the box (remember it was a BRAND NEW box when it left)

And I won't be doing anything to resolve this, because of his continued threats, he is going to lose the Paypal dispute. As I said about 6 times, all he had to do was be a polite guy and not accuse me of scamming him from day 1.



all i was to you, was polite and very patient.. i have no clue of the threats you are talking about..

the coversations have been posted, let the community decide what they think of your so called threats..

The header was not damaged when it went out besides the superficial scrapes at the bottom, for the 10th time. And they were superficial, you can see it. Also notice the other thread he made accusing another seller he made the exact same thread title, "buyer beware XX" - I haven't even searched but I'm sure there's more.

HERE IS THE HEADER, right after I removed it in my garage, about a day before it was shipped to OP; I sent these photos to him:

That white stuff on it it, I think it's dried coolant or something that spilled out when we were pulling the motor. Sure it would come off with some degreaser.




there you go with your pathological lying ways again... you never sent me any pictures, never even knew those pics existed... the only two pics i got to see was the one from primaries from the original ad and then a shitty dark pic you took in your garage with the lights off after you pulled it off or so you claimed at that time... you even commented on how you were sorry for the dark pic, did you already forget that too, smh


prove to me and the community that you sent those to me... now your showing how desperate you are now to cover your lying ass..
