You need everything from E model. The u joint is deffenently alout smaller in size than the power rack so you need that! Go to the Junk yard. I just did it not to long ago. You need the cover on the right hand side.

And the belt I used was the one on the right. I bought the non power steering pulley off of Greg V.

The wider the tire the harder it is to turn on a powersteer converted to maunual rack. "E" model rack feels sorta numb . No response compared to ser power rack. 205's you should be ok to turn in a parking lot . Its your call if you autox or track it then its gets slow in turn in response . I say just loop the power rack back into itself and remove the vains from the pump its fairly easy to do .
