s4's are probably the besty all around cam for the money, most see instant power gain with them on both na and turbo applications you cant really go wrong

I was nice to my car for longer than that, but, it was also the first engine I'd ever built from top to bottom, so I was willing to be ridiculously impractical for the sake of longevity; it took about 4 oil changes (all draining SUPER clean, btw) for me to be confident that I could thrash my car. After Blackstone suggested that my oil sample was within what they considered normal, I chilled out.

I'd say about an oil change (3,000mi) would be fine - certainly (?) there couldn't be anything that's going to fail, that wouldn't have already failed by then.
