Intake manifold options
If someone wanted to help the community out a proper all motor Intake manifold would be great. The whole n1/ excessive manifolds don't seem very successful/ worth it, there's a few out there running itb's and custom manifolds but it would be awesome to see someone actually pull threw and help us all motor guys

i'd be interested if anyone has had better results than a ported n1 runner, with xcessive/etc manifold.is there a better option anywhere? is their dyno results to prove it?

we had 1 guy change a ve intake to an unported n1 intake and gained 1kw (lol)...

I got your PM regarding the manifold man. I am going to install it this Spring and then get the car tuned with the realtime and will post what it puts down in my member's ride's thread.

Setup will consist of stock ve bottom end, n1 cams, cs gears, asp 4-1 header, ss 3" mandrel exhaust, the custom mani, q45 tb, 4" Vibrant velocity stack, 4" intake pipe, n60 maf. I'd be quite happy with 220hp.

OP I moved this thread to the VE section. All the discussion seems to be in that direction including your initial reference to N1 manifolds.

Your original post was in a section dedicated to n/a DE discussion.

Ya my mistake. But I heard bjs work well and seems to be are only good option spec for a street car. Unless you have the cash to blow then itb's are the way to go without a doubt
