OKay I just found out from the guy who did the swal to my car (same guy who uses Crome)....

I have VE ECu..it is OB2 but it has an obd1 port ...the harness is a VE but a rewired one so its obd1...and a DE ecu will work with the car...

so I guess if i go nismotronic/nistune i dont need a rewire...but i guess the nemu board will not since i have a ve ecu

we will still give a shot with the Crome for the ecu tuning , we are looking for a daughterboard now....

Why not just grab a DE ecu and go from there?

NismoTronic will give you full control over the vvl solenoids and gives you a ton more options than what is out there for the VE ECU.

the rechip will cost around $200 with the board.

if we are not successful in a getting a daughter board then i will get the NEMU...

the NEMU is reasonable price but just out of budget now as i also dont have a DE ECu, and you'll have to ship international...

you got pm

b12sr20ve = get with Louie08, we may be able to do our own local and cheaper, Mike got the software and files saved on his harddrive care of Kyle, let us know if you can source the daughterboard, Louie should be able to pull it off.

Sticking with the 20VE A/T ECU with SAFC and Summit for now.

I have 2 SR20DE B13 SE-R Ecu's back home, problem is we have all our stuff in storage and my folks would'nt know where to start looking
