an just dont beat on it too regularly lol, thats what i got in the gf's car an it works great.

Yes it came in the clutch kit haha. I learned my lesson on cheaping out on important stuff, I bought good everything else but ran out of money and the clutch was the last thing I bought.

is this worth the extra $140 if I plan on taking it to the track every now and then?

yeah man it would work.. but if your going to go a step further this would be the best bang for your buck.. lot of guys run this including my self.

Clutch Kit Bundle, 2.0, Stage 3, Stg 3 : JWT Pressure plate with 2k SE disc, t/o bearing and clips,

you CAN just order the clutch disk an pp to save some cash, no need for the axle seals an rear main seal if they dont leak i dont touch them. but i'd def get the new tob an clips again even if its redundant..

that sound is metal on metal, like a grinding or shaving sound.. is it possible to put the tob on backwards? that'd make that sound if so..

Pretty sure the TOB is in right, there is a flat side and the side that spins (not flat) is what is facing the PP with the clips on the clutch lever
