are they the off the shelf 20ve 12.5:1 pistons or are the 12.5:1 custom pistons for the 16ve's short stroke?
I.e 12.5 CR or 10.xx CR?

Oh yeah excellent work by the way, will be a VERY interesting motor to see how it turns out.

Cool I was just wondering since CP do the off the shelf 12.5:1 90mm piston for the 20ve. If that piston was used it would only give 10.something due to the 16ve's shorter stroke. But you know that already. Would have been a shame to have such a wicked engine with only a lowly 10.xx CR ratio.
This is definitely going to be a motor to watch.
So where are you with the motor at the moment, running it in or are you already out terrorising honduhs?

This is just so sweet because I've been thinking about a de stroked big bore ve for a long time but id never be able to do it. Its so hard to give up that stroke and extra power, buts its cool as hell in the end. So excited to see the curve on this thing.. I almost wonder if n1 cams might work even better with this set up, being as there profile matches the strok as where the 184c are designed for a 86mm..
