Totally reshimmed, new guides and total cleanup.
N1 size ports - but different texturing to help generate turbulance and help with some flow and atomisation.
Heres a badish pic of the exhaust - you will notice the exhaust guides have been cut out of the port. All that hangs down is the Valve stem - this will make a massive difference to flow out the exhaust as the VE does struggle in the exhaust!!
Pistons all in - head gasket and head dowels lined up!
We also managed to work out - out of deck cealrance is kinda high - i think my dreams of running 95 RON are over
Id have to live in finalnd, or south of england to be able to run 95 without any hint of detonation. Kind of not happy im up above 13 CR - but ill deal with it.
