In your second photo I have mine mounted the same way just on top of the knuckle and ditched the loose spacer to give me enough thread to bolt the nut on from underneath.

You can see if b15azn can help out. Hes been making things for b13 and can also source oem mouldings in japan for b13. Couldn't hurt to ask him if anything can be had for b14.
