Only time I've experienced that was with a saggy rear motor mount. Not sure it had to do with chassis or not.

I called it in my head before you so that mean I win.

Check to make sure you bolted the rear motor mount bracket / rear motor mount correctly. Only thing i can think of that would cause that.
