yes powerland can modify a ve Ecu, but not with nistune, its with a Japanese daughterboard that has limited functions and can only tune/run on the knock maps, not a good idea IMO.

easiest option is to buy the nismotronic $550 dollar package, then in its purchase page add a b13 sr20 Ecu to the package which will cost a farther $100, this will be all you need, yes it will work...

yes v6 will be an upgrade to the RT nismotronic package, as tunercode is the custom firmware that the nemu runs and nismotronic tunes :)
