Is it just the spring shifting in the perch? Are the springs preloaded or loose at full droop?
Great, the car is coming home this weekend. I have some work to do before I get it back on the road so it might be awhile. It sounds like it is not too bad to do. Thank you.

I am running a DE crank in my VE. 17K miles with no issues. Just make sure you measure your bearings and have everything balanced.
The springs were the cheapo's that were used during the group buy, Andy at AMR even said that the Hyperco springs were way better than these. After driving it at full soft it rides a whole lot bett...
I drive one every day, starts everyday, runs well, does not overheat, great on gas, and tons of fun. The problem with most people is that they cheap out on a lot of things and this leads to failure...

Sorry for your loss, I hope you find closure and move forward and continue the legacy.
Converting to MAP was the best thing I ever did. Getting 36+ MPG on the highway. The setup guides Nismotronic offers are great. Also I suggest scaling your own IAT after it is installed by using an...
GM makes a 1 bar sensor for the GTO. That is what I am using and it works great.

I had to change the OPEN TO CLOSED DETLA and CLOSED TO OPEN DELTA parameters to get it to idle down when the clutch was depressed. Also the idle is more touchy to get stable. I had a tune with the ...
Speed density for me is way nicer. Just as easy to tune as a MAF and less junk in the bay. My MPGs are the best they have been, and driveability is great. Also you can buy new MAP and IAT sensors f...
I suggest getting the NEMU, i have zero driveability issues with my Q45 TB & TPS. Even when cruising I am at a very low TPS%, and it is so much easier to tune than a basic.
Shawn, Sorry to hear about the issues you are having and hope you get them resolved. It sounds like Jamie is stepping up which is what I would have expected from him. Not sure how he has become the...

The same header will have a different effect on different motors, not sure what you are looking for? If you want some info answer these questions:
What is your setup?
What kind of power band are y...
The issue with headers is no one shares the info, or does actual back to back runs to show any gains. People who do build them keep the numbers to themselves or also do not have comparisons. A good...
Me being lazy. I almost tore into it yesterday, then the couch grabbed me. Maybe tonight. I took insurance off and I have little motivation right now.

If you are in the US SR20DEs are all over, not sure where you will find an SR16DE. Swap the motor with another lowport SR20DE and move on.
