The b15 linkage will not work in your car.
You need a 2000+ P11 linkage.
It will bolt right up and work perfect in your b13.
make sure your customers knows they have to have solid mounts if not they will be breaking shift stabilizers.

You can save the "further investigation" by using a simply method of preventive maintanance, my school of thought better replace an stupid 5$ filter/strainer than to burn my pump and pay the pric...
Seems to me cleaning the filters and checking water levels would be more work than just topping it off with distilled water every now and again. Plus potential for mess if the filter breaks
