I'm more interested in the VE ECU + Ostrichs + Nistune software tbh instead of TunerPro

edit

But i think that combo is already worked out since nistune supports the ostrichs and the ostrichs doesnt look which daughterboard is connected. Also, I have a SR20VE nistune address file that works.

Can anyone confirm that the above combo will work? VE ECU + 2 Ostrichs + Nistune

It will work.
Maybe hiccups when major changes but will do the job.

Make sure you have dual emulators enabled in TunerProRT. See "Tools", "Preferences...", "Data Acq./Emulation" tab, under Emulation group, click "Configure Plug-in Component" button, then set "Enable Dual Emulator" check box. I have also had TunerProRT fail to detect the emulator on startup, but then connect after performing a manual connect (See "Tools", "Initialize Emulation Hardware").

I have also heard of issues related to the Ostrich 18" emulation cable length. The shorter 6" cable (available here: EMUC2806 Emulation Cable 28-pin 6-inch [EMUC2806] - $9.00 : Moates.Net) has less problems.

It is also recommended to use a ferrite beaded USB cable. If your cable doesn't have one, the beads are available here: Ferrite Bead for 4.5mm USB Cable [FERRITE45MM] - $2.00 : Moates.Net.

Cheers,
Dave

What do you call 'major changes'?

Its wierd as when i use them in my car they work perfect every time, but as soon as i try them in a VE ecu they work poorly, then not at all after a few tries, then wont work on my DE ecu again using TunerPro until i use EmUtility again.

Evlnxr: be clear, in your case its VE ECU + TunerPro or VE ECU + Nistune?

VE ecu (Japanese Daughterboard) and TunerPro 5.

And it could be loading a whole rom where TunerPro isnt loading a proper rom file, or its leaving some data on the emulators maybe? I deleted tunerpro and reinstalled it, but havent had a chance to put a ve ecu back in my car to try it again yet, i need to set up a test rig on my bench to save hassles with testing.

Ok thnx for clearing that up. Cause were talking about Nistune and TunerPro in the same topic which can make it confusing if you dont specify the software you're using.
