DP needs to hug the block more it seems. Start the bend faster, though it may require one or two more cuts to clean it up than the big sweeping turn.

We kept it spaced out more hoping that the radius of the pipe would clear the alternator instead of heading directly toward the center of it. I hate having to use pie cuts like that but that's the only way you can go from an oval pipe to round pipe and still keep a tighter radius. It wasn't easy.

I was talking more of the bend under the motor, not the bend out of the turbo. Either way, it will work fine I am sure.

looks good nismo

The pics of the downpipe I made don't show the pan very well, I'll try to snap a couple pics today. We left a 1/4" between the lower pan on the side and the upper pan above.

I like the manifold nismo, I'd worry about the wastegate placement creeping some. Very nice work though. What's the last picture? Looks like a t3-t4 transition.

The manifold I made a long time ago, creep is fine (money car) the original downpipe was destroyed when it spit a rod, old block had webbing cut. I was asked to not cut webbing, and make a new downpipe.

T4 to T6, it's something I built a few years ago, originally started out as the last GT Spec manifold for ***that had sat on their shelves for 7 yrs as a paperweight.
