What's the shore rating of the rubber used? Also would you want to make a delrin version of this link, something like this?

Our is 150% harder than O.E kind and sorry we don't do bushings.
The idea of having this piece is not all about bushings, it is about the adjustable ability to keep the rear in the center. It makes sure you feel the tail is in following you in a direction and tire wear improvement and tires won't get scratch without no reasons....

Thing is it's still rubber that can bind up. You should be able to turn these easily by hand to make sure it follows the arch without any binding spots. Basically I would love the adjust-ability of your link + no biding

Ahh... these won't bind and the issue off center has nothing to do with the binding....
The solid beam structure is constantly in movement, but if we changed the height the beam itself moves. We have sold out this piece world wide over 500 of them...no body has off center issue once put our qt adjustable link on.....
Also that tiny piece will need to absorb some of the impact....

If hard rubber bushings are not good then O.E.M and most JDM company won't make them as suspension component products..
Check this one that I post...

Why TDMi's bushings are only available in black color?
