The voltage offset will not adjust the direct wideband .. since there is no voltage being calculated.

It does have an afr offset which will help get it close, if you are more than .1-.2 AFR off between your gauge and the software then it is HIGHLY likely you need to address a ground issue with your wideband. (move it to the ECU sensor ground at the ECU)

I have tuned numerous cars that do not need an offset for the AFR to match and the other few that needed it were never over .2 AFR of an offset.

Agreed, I had wonky results while I had a bad ground, but I could see it on the gauge itself too.

With direct wideband logging my Uego and MTXL both were spot on. When I started feeding the signal through the breakout box I needed to do the voltage offset.

What im saying about the play buttons is they seem to work independantly.. they should work together so when you hit play it does it on both noy just one...

You wouldn't see a ground issue on the gauge itself, since the gauge is what outputs to the ECU and the serial it should always match.

The voltage offset is not a bad thing and as long as you can get it within a .1-.2 you are good to go.

Also, there is a new version up that should have the direct logging fixed.

They definitely don't work independently, when you press one of them .. it does the same action to the other.

I just tested this in my car to make sure nothing has changed .. if you can find a scenario where this is not the case, email me and let me know the specifics so I can replicate it.

True you wont know it until you have another reading to compare it. The way I knew my ground was no good is when my wideband was very off compared to the dyno's AFR's. After I regrounded it to the ECU grounds it was much closer.

Whoo hoo! direct wideband logging works now! i love bein able to see 2 sets of numbers

he also fixed the record button which was causing my some grief.

so whats with the extra ports on the breakout box? VCC, PWM1 and PWM2.

i was reading on how to wire in my solenoid an noticed im probably going to use pin 102.

would it be possible to use these as more inputs or something? i notice soo much stuff can use either the PSP or AC inputs but im not willing to sacrifice my psp lol.

At this time the PWM outputs on the breakout box are not programmable, but are there if we ever decide to make that work.

At this time you will want to use the AIV output for your boost control.
