Sure. Small price to pay if you consider the amount of work that goes into developing this software.

I know I know, it's a small issue too. I personally always stuck to free forum software, but those are not without issues either.

Exactly. Free software typically doesn't have a large support base from the community, and in addition is more prone to attacks from script kiddies and spammers.

Cliff, is there any way to change the post quote notification link? On the other old forum software, when you got a notification of one of your posts being quoted, there was a permalink you could click and it would take you directly to the quoted post. Now, when you clink on the notification link, it only brings you to the thread (top of page) where you post was quoted but you have to scroll to find the post. It's not a big deal but if it's an easy fix/change, that would be kool.

Honestly, I'm not sure what you're talking about. When you receive a notification of quoted post, you get a notification and link that takes you to the quotes tab in your profile. Once you're there, you click on the thread link and it takes you to the post that quoted you...

Well, I clicked on the notification link for your post quote and it brought me right to where you quoted me. I can't explain it, to be honest. The last few times I was quoted (save for one) and I clicked on the notification link, I would not be brought to the quoted post. I was only brought to the thread and I then had to find the quote myself.

Also, the other day, I was quoted by Dominic@CCI in this thread but when I clicked on the notification link, it brought me to this post. The post where I was quoted, just above it, did not exist. I checked multiple times and even logged out/back in and it just didn't exist. When I checked the thread a couple days later, the post where I was quoted, was there.

But everything apperas to be fine now, so I digress....
