No round and round.

I can make your job 100x easier. Just let me report my own posts for you to delete. No need for you to go through all that work.

Not entirely, but that's one way of doing it. I just want the rules followed with the least effort involved by all. (Or if in the event they are not good rules, have them changed.)

Will we find what the forum staff is up to on wikileaks?

I've already deleted all that I've found.

Your point as usual (and to the extreme), has been taken.

Take a chill pill, go have a beer or get laid, and relax. We're working on it (as we've stated 100 times over).

Something needed to be done back in October when the rules were posted. Don't get mad at me because you've been working on a solution in the background and yet for 2 months those of us out here have had to put up with dangerously bad seller threads all the while. No stop-gap or anything. The only defense being members who would report the threads. Well I'm reporting them. Maybe it was unorthodox, but I'm doing it.

I'm perfectly calm over here. Just doing the best I know how. Squeaky wheel and all.
You might try a little introspection and self evaluation before telling me to go "get laid" or some other childish dismissal unbefitting a man of your position.

Nice ninja edit.

And way to throw the moderatorship under the bus. Don't get mad at you for breaking forum rules several times over? There's a report button there for a reason. Dangerously bad sellers? Really? I don't see them waving guns in your face telling you to buy something. Practice some fucking common sense. I've thought about this over dinner, which I NEVER tend to do, but you've really struck a nerve with me today. What you did was WAY beyond "unorthodox", it was outright dickheaded.

I don't need introspection or self evaluation. I'm perfectly fine with the way that I am. My dismissal of you was me being nice and telling you to chill out.

Apparently you didn't take the hint, so enjoy your vacation. I warned you and you didn't heed.

I am getting sick of all the Forum Drama. Had way more than my fill of scammers, would-be scammers, sketchy deals, witch-hunts, and serious con-artists.

It's makin' me paranoid, punchy, and cynical (sp?). It goes without saying that it makes me angry on multiple levels. The list of serious, serious, regulars with whom I will do business is shrinking by the week.

I don't give a shit about rare parts, new sellers, or even any new Vendors until we somehow get the situation with our Classifieds fixed.

I have seen some good ideas discussed, but would like to know where we are at on implementing some new guidlines and rules. And for the time being, I would like to see it made strict as hell.

Appoint a new Classifieds Moderator for that specific section if necessary. Some anal-retentive, picky, very knowledgable forum member to oversee every single ad and/or Seller. To even be allowed to be a Seller: their State Issued ID and their smiling face next to their vehicle plates. Have the Classifieds Section Moderator do a damn Google Search for their house on satelite photography.

See where their ass went to grade-school, where they work, when they lost their damn cherry, and give us ten fucking personal references. Require their SSN, birth certificate, some damn fingerprints, a blood sample and a retina scan.

Get f*cking buck-ass crazy "fuck off if you don't like it" strict on this sh*t.

I nominate BenFenner for the proposed new Moderator position.

Any of that have to do with my recently deleted thread regarding those calipers I just got?

However, I do agree. It seems like I can only trust a handful of people on here and they do not always have what I need or want unless I have to pay twice as much money for the same part which is counter productive when I am on a budget.

Yes. I reported the thread my friend.

However, that is only the proverbial straw Kyle. It is everything that has been going on. Including this thread and some of the drama in it.

It ain't even remotely close to just you sir.

I figured I was not the only one.

Hell, I barely want to discuss it in this thread much. Forcing myself to do it.

Hoping our Staff comes in and tells me they have some ingenious solution(s) all ready to implement.
